St. Augin's disciple Michael
Sometime in the early 300's, a Christian monk came from the island of Qluzma on the Red Sea in Egypt to the famous city of Nsibin in Upper Mesopotamia. He had the Greek name Evgeni. However, he became commonly known as Augin or Augen. He Christianized Turabdin with the help of his seventy-two disciples and eventually became a great saint.
