In order to shop with you must be over 18 years old. Are you under 18 require parental approval. We reserve the right to cancel orders from persons who had given false personal information and / or have poor credit.


VAT (swedish) is included in the price by 25% (6% in literature).

Payment options

1. Card payments
Charge: 0 EuroPayment is easy and safe with Textalk card payment.  You can pay with VISA or MasterCard. Tigris Press cannot see your card details as you are transferred to a third site for the payment. All traffic is encrypted by SSL 128 bit and all card transactions are based on the banks so-called 3D Secure technology

2. Invoice
We offer invoice payment for companies. A charge of 3€ is applied ot invoice payments. Contact us if you want to pay using invoice. 


For goods in stock, delivery is made within a few working days from our receipt of payment. For deliveries outside of Sweden it is at least 5 working days. If the item is currently out of stock, it may take longer.


We ship your package with DHL to an agent near you, in some cases, small packages are sent as letter directly to you. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.


The cost of shipping is shown at checkout.

Returns Policy

If you can demonstrate that there are manufacturing defects on the product, you always get new parts. You pay return shipping. For repayment – enter your postal giro, personal account or bank account numbers. Returns are sent to: TIGRIS PRESS, Box 180, 151 22 Södertälje, Sweden.

Right of withdrawal

You have the legal right to return undamaged and unused goods without giving any reason, however, this does not apply broached. Notice of this will be provided as soon as possible but no later than fourteen (14) days from the receipt of such goods. For goods that are returned, it is always you that stand for the first shipment and for the return shipping.

Damage to the package and not picked up package
If you discover damage to the package, you should immediately notify the post office or other carrier and make a claim. Do not collect a damaged package. If you discover the damage when you opened the package, and the damage is of a nature that it can be attributed to the post office or shipping company handling, you should contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with the post office or the carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.

Have you ordered and not picked up your shipment before it is returned to us (after 14 days), we will charge you 250 SEK for our work with the handling of the goods and the extra shipping fee that we are charged for by the carrier.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Act (PUL). will never disclose such information to third parties.
